<---- DEVELOPER NOTES:

Accordion Section — “What’s Included,” “Tailored Staging Plan,” & “Complimentary Add-Ons”

Section Placement:
Insert this section below the “Your Vacant Staging Plan is Approved” message block and above the payment options.

Purpose:
Present the full scope of what’s included in the client’s staging plan—both dynamic and static—in a clean, compact way that avoids visual clutter while supporting confident decision-making.

Structure Overview:

  • “What’s Included” (static text)

  • “Tailored Staging Plan” (dynamic, connected to CMS — e.g., Living Room, Dining, Office, etc.)

  • “Complimentary Add-Ons” (static text)

Recommended UX Style:

  • Use accordion (toggle) format or clean expandable box

  • Initial state: Collapsed

  • Include a clickable label or button: “See What’s Included in Your Staging Plan”

  • On click: Expand hidden content (use slide or fade animation for a smooth transition)

  • Optional: Swap text to “Hide Details” when expanded

Styling Guidance:
Ensure the section feels visually cohesive—use consistent fonts, padding, and spacing so it blends with the page flow. Avoid heavy borders or modal-like elements. The content should feel like a natural extension of the plan summary, not a separate page.

<---- DEVELOPER NOTES:

Handling Unavailable Dates for Returning Users

If a user returns to this page using the link provided via email and their originally selected date is no longer available, display a friendly, engaging message prompting them to choose a new date.

Suggested Message:

“The date you selected is no longer available, as we didn’t receive confirmation in time.

Bookings are first-come, first-served—please select a new available date below and finalize your booking to lock in your spot before it fills up again.”

Implementation:

Automatically detect if the originally selected date has expired or been released (e.g., temporary hold expires 2 days after plan approval).

Display the message above the calendar/date selector.

Use a clean embedded calendar or date picker:

Ideally not static on page load—can appear on click.

Should be small and lightweight (not modal-based, and shouldn’t block other content).

Once a new date is selected, trigger the same booking confirmation flow as the initial selection (e.g., update CMS entry).

Optional UX Note:

Open to your input if there’s a more streamlined or intuitive way to guide the user through reselecting their date. The goal is to keep the flow smooth, fast, and client-friendly without unnecessary page loads or friction.

<---- DEVELOPER NOTES:

Exit Intent Popup – Quick Check-In Before You Exit

Trigger:

This popup should appear if the user attempts to exit the page without submitting their finalized staging date (e.g., closing the tab, navigating away, or timing out). Ideally triggered via exit intent logic.

Popup Content:

Header: Quick Check-In Before You Exit
Subtext: Were you able to find a date that works for your schedule?

Radio Options – Question 1:
🔘 Yes – I’ve selected my preferred date and I’m ready to move forward.
🔘 No – The date I wanted isn’t available anymore. Please follow up with me about options.

Subheading: Before You Go...
Subtext: If you're exiting without submitting, what’s the main reason? (This helps us understand your timeline and follow up with care.)

Radio Options – Question 2:
🔘 I’ll be back—I’m just stepping away for now
🔘 I need to check with someone (agent, partner, etc.) before finalizing
🔘 I’m not quite ready to move forward
  ☐ Still comparing options
☐ Not ready to commit financially
☐ Need more time to prepare the property
🔘 I ran into an issue and couldn’t complete the form (please follow up)
🔘 I wasn’t approved for Klarna or Pay at Closing
🔘 I have a different reason (please share below):
[ Short text input field – optional ]

Closing Message:
Thanks for letting us know—whatever your situation, we’re here when you’re ready.

Developer Implementation Notes:

  • Answers should be captured via hidden form fields or linked to the client’s staging quote record for internal follow-up.

  • Optional: Tag entries by exit reason to auto-flag or route responses for manual review.

  • The form should not reload or redirect; keep everything within the modal for a smooth user experience.

<---- DEVELOPER NOTES:

Client Info Capture – Vacant Staging Approval Page

Fields Required:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Property Address (street, city, state, zip)

Purpose:

Capture the client's basic info at the start of the page to ensure all submission data—including payment method and date selection—can be accurately matched to the correct staging project.

Implementation Details:

  • These fields should be visible at the top of the form and pre-filled if client data is available from the CMS or prior submission

  • All fields should be marked as required before the client can proceed with submission

  • Property Address may be formatted as single-line or multi-line, based on layout preferences

  • Ensure this data is linked to the main form record and properly stored in the CMS for backend tracking and filtering

✅ Conditional Logic:

  • If the dashboard status is marked as “Payment Received” and the client returns to this page:

    • Bypass the form entirely

    • Replace the input fields with the following message:

"We’re all set—your payment has already been received and your staging date is confirmed.
There’s nothing else you need to do—and we can’t wait to stage your home!"

<---- DEVELOPER NOTES:

Payment Workflow Integration

Objective: Streamline the payment process for various methods (Stripe, QuickPay with Zelle, Klarna, Pay at Closing, and On-Site Cash/Check Coordination) within the dashboard and ensure a seamless client experience.

Workflow for Payment Methods:

Stripe Pre-Auth Card Payment:

  • Step 1: Upon approval, payment will then be authorized & charged.

  • Step 2: Dashboard Update
Once payment is received, update the dashboard status. This triggers a confirmation email to the client via Wix Automations.

QuickPay with Zelle:

  • Step 1: Dynamically show staging fee for Zelle based on the calculation from the custom form

  • Step 2: Payment Confirmation
After Zelle payment is received, manually update dashboard status to "Received."

  • Step 3: Trigger Automation
This action triggers a confirmation email to the client.

Klarna Payment:

  • Step 1: Dynamically show staging fee for Klarna based on calculation from custom form

  • Step 2: Generate Klarna Link
Create a Klarna payment link specific to the amount. Include it in the proposal and dashboard.

  • Step 3: Client Confirmation
Client completes the payment via the Klarna link.

  • Step 4: Dashboard Update
Manually update the dashboard when payment is confirmed to trigger an automated confirmation email.

Pay at Closing:

  • Step 1: Dynamically show staging fee for Pay at closing based on calculation from custom form

  • Client Booking Confirmation
Client proceeds via a static link on this page to confirm booking and initiate approval.

  • Step 2: Notable Integration
Once approved, Notable pays us directly for the staging fee immediately but client only pays during closing (charged during closing). Booking confirmation is automated once funds are received.

On-Site Cash/Check Coordination:

  • Step 1: Dynamically show staging fee for on-site payment based on calculation from custom form
Manually record the agreed payment amount in the dashboard.

  • Step 2: Manual Confirmation
Upon receipt of on-site payment, update the dashboard status.

  • Step 3: Trigger Automation
A confirmation email is triggered to the client confirming receipt and booking status.
