It’s ideal for homeowners or listing agents who prefer a more personalized, hands-on approach and want to walk the space with us directly. Whether you’d like to walk the space together, explore using your own furniture, or simply gain professional insight in real time—we’re here to make the process clear, collaborative, and tailored to your goals. During our visit, we’ll assess the property, share on-the-spot verbal recommendations, and walk you through what’s working, what could use enhancement, and how to get your home market-ready with confidence. ✅ What’s Included ✅ • A 1:1 in-person walkthrough with real-time recommendations • A focused strategy session to help you understand your timeline, next steps, and staging options • Access to our exclusive Home Prep Toolkit so you can take action with clarity. • A consultation duration of approximately 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your needs After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal and quote within 24–48 hours, outlining our suggested staging approach. 📝 Please Note 📝 The consultation fee is non-refundable but fully credited toward your staging if you move forward. We recommend scheduling only when you’re ready to explore staging with us seriously—so your investment always works in your favor. ⸻ We’re here to make the experience smooth, supportive, and thoughtfully tailored—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We totally get that life can be unpredictable, but please note that all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, no worries! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows (including situations like an unanswered door), the full fee will be forfeited. As a courtesy, we’ll send a confirmation text and email the day before your appointment. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume it’s a no-show, so please be sure to confirm! Heads Up About Extended Consultations If your consultation runs longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the scope of your project, an additional $35 will be added for a 1-30 minute extension, or $70 per hour.
