Service Description
Partial Staging Service (Available After Consultation) This service focuses on elevating key areas of your home with carefully selected furniture and decor—perfect for properties that need the right touch to make a significant impact. Price: $900 for 30-day rental (4 hours of staging) $1,500 for 60-day rental (4 hours of staging) What’s Included: Furniture and decor rental for staging key areas of the home 4 hours of labor for setup and styling Professional placement of decorative pieces (wall art, accent furniture, lighting, etc.) Removal and reinstallation of existing furnishings to optimize the flow of the space Delivery and pickup of rental furniture and decor What’s Not Included: Larger furniture pieces (sofas, beds, etc.) unless specifically requested for an additional charge Consultation: The initial consultation and assessment of key areas is separate and charged at $174. This fee can be credited towards the overall cost of staging if you proceed with the service. Additional Charges: Additional labor (at $75/hour per staging assistant) Extended rental periods (up to 60 days) Optional additional furniture rental (please inquire for custom pricing)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We totally get that life can be unpredictable, but please note that all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, no worries! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows (including situations like an unanswered door), the full fee will be forfeited. As a courtesy, we’ll send a confirmation text and email the day before your appointment. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume it’s a no-show, so please be sure to confirm! Heads Up About Extended Consultations If your consultation runs longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the scope of your project, an additional $35 will be added for a 1-30 minute extension, or $70 per hour.
