Service Description
Full-Service Occupied Home Staging - Starting $2,500 Tailored to bring out the best in your home, this service includes all necessary furnishings, including larger pieces like sofas and accent furniture. We’ll work closely with you to ensure your home looks inviting and functional for prospective buyers, all while being mindful of your lifestyle. This service includes: Up to 6 hours of labor Staging with full furniture (including sofas and other large pieces) Personalized design that complements the flow of the home Complete room transformations to highlight the best features All necessary décor (art, lighting, rugs, etc.) Up to 60 days of staging rental for furnishings, with the option to extend Post-staging walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations This full-service package offers a stress-free staging experience with careful attention to detail. Additional hours or furniture needs may incur an extra fee, and custom requests will be handled with your approval.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We totally get that life can be unpredictable, but please note that all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, no worries! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows (including situations like an unanswered door), the full fee will be forfeited. As a courtesy, we’ll send a confirmation text and email the day before your appointment. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume it’s a no-show, so please be sure to confirm! Heads Up About Extended Consultations If your consultation runs longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the scope of your project, an additional $35 will be added for a 1-30 minute extension, or $70 per hour.
