How to Save or Print The Agreement as a PDF

While you can always refer to this link for access to the most up-to-date version of the Staging Terms & Agreement, we understand that you may want a specific copy of the version you are currently reviewing and have accepted. If that's the case, you can easily save or print the document as a PDF. Below, you’ll find simple instructions on how to do so on both mobile and desktop devices. Feel free to follow these steps to save or print this version of the agreement for your records.

How to Save The Staging Terms & Agreement Page as a PDF

For Mobile Devices:

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the webpage in Safari.

  2. Tap the Share icon (square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Scroll down and tap on Print.

  4. In the Printer Options screen, pinch out (zoom in) on the preview to turn it into a PDF.

  5. Tap Share again and choose Save to Files to save the PDF to your device, or select an app to share it directly.

Android:

  1. Open the webpage in Chrome.

  2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Share.

  4. Tap Print.

  5. In the Printer dropdown, select Save as PDF.

  6. Tap the Save button to download the PDF to your device.

For Laptops/Desktops (Windows/Mac):

Google Chrome (Windows/Mac):

  1. Open the webpage in Chrome.

  2. Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac) to open the print menu.

  3. In the Destination section, select Save as PDF.

  4. Click Save and choose the location where you want to save the PDF.

Safari (Mac):

  1. Open the webpage in Safari.

  2. Press Cmd+P to open the print dialog.

  3. Click the PDF button in the lower-left corner.

  4. Select Save as PDF and choose where to save it.

Microsoft Edge (Windows):

  1. Open the webpage in Edge.

  2. Press Ctrl+P to open the print menu.

  3. In the Printer dropdown, select Microsoft Print to PDF.

  4. Click Print, then select where to save the PDF.

Additional Notes:

  • For Mobile: Saving as a PDF will store the webpage as it appears at the moment of saving. Please make sure all site elements are loaded.

  • For Laptops/Desktops: The saved PDF will capture the entire webpage, including text and images.

How to Take a Full Screenshot of the Staging Terms & Agreement Page

For Mobile Devices:

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the webpage in Safari.

  2. Take a screenshot by pressing the Side Button and the Volume Up button simultaneously (for newer models), or the Home Button and the Side Button (for older models).

  3. Once the screenshot is captured, tap the thumbnail in the bottom-left corner.

  4. Tap Full Page at the top to capture the entire webpage.

  5. Tap Done, then choose Save PDF to Files to save the screenshot as a PDF on your device.

Android:

  1. Open the webpage in Chrome.

  2. Take a screenshot by pressing the Power Button and the Volume Down button at the same time.

  3. After the screenshot is captured, pull down the notification bar and select Screenshot.

  4. Tap Scroll Capture or Capture More (depending on your device) to capture the full webpage.

  5. Save the full-page screenshot as a PDF using your device’s PDF-saving options, or use a third-party app (such as Google Photos) to save the file in PDF format.

For Laptops/Desktops (Windows/Mac):

Google Chrome (Windows/Mac):

  1. Open the webpage in Chrome.

  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.

  3. Press Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac) to open the command menu.

  4. Type Capture full-size screenshot and press Enter.

  5. The screenshot will be saved automatically as a PNG file. To save it as a PDF, open the image in an editor or viewer and use the print dialog to save it as a PDF.

Safari (Mac):

  1. Open the webpage in Safari.

  2. Press Cmd+Shift+4, then press Spacebar to capture the full page.

  3. Save the screenshot as an image, and then use an image editor or the print dialog to save it as a PDF.

Microsoft Edge (Windows):

  1. Open the webpage in Edge.

  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+S to open the Web Capture tool.

  3. Select Capture Full Page.

  4. Save the screenshot as an image, and use a PDF converter tool to save it as a PDF.
